Sun Life Wellesley has transformed its 94,000 sq ft Wellesley office with a modern and flexible design that embodies their vision for the future of work. The renovated space provides employees with a choice-based environment, allowing them to decide daily between working from home or in the office. When onsite, employees have access to various work settings tailored for different needs, including unique collaboration areas for team meetings and quiet workstations for individual tasks.

The office also offers social areas like a stylish deck with a fireplace, creating a welcoming environment for relaxation and casual interactions. Designed to enhance productivity and well-being, the office features over 300 workstations across multiple zones, with double-glazed VIA demountable walls by Steelcase offering privacy and flexibility. Wellness amenities such as bike paths, fitness rooms, and spaces for mindfulness provide a holistic approach to employee well-being. The space incorporates sustainability initiatives with LED lighting, water-efficient facilities, moss walls, and a comprehensive recycling system, aligning with Sun Life’s global environmental goals.
