Optimized space creates a new vibe.
This global pharmaceutical moved their corporate offices across town to a new construction 10-story, 251,000 SF in the heart of Kendall Square. The new environment is smaller, with better utilized space, that has increased visibility to create natural cross- collaboration between departments. Private offices and 6-person meeting rooms are designed to be interchangeable with AV technology installed on one wall and a floor box centrally located. The energy and vibe has given new life to work culture.
